I am a Memphis native and lover of great music, great food and all things design. In 2017, after having relocated to Nashville and after spending 8 years freelancing as a graphic designer, a brief search for some way in which I could expand my skill set led me to Nashville Software School. I had developed a curiosity for not just design, but also for understanding how to make things - particularly web things - work, and NSS was the perfect place for turning my curiosity into a solid foundational understanding of web development. Currently a junior programmer at AllianceBernstein, I am intent on continuing to build on what I have and serve as a contributing member of the thriving Nashville tech community.
